Transportation
- Shuttle to/from the venue will be provided for hotel guests staying at our hotel partner and request a seat on the shuttle ahead of time. Seats are limited and are on a first come first served basis.
- Please plan on using your own transportation to/from the venue – carpooling is encouraged. Ubers/Lyfts do not drive out to the venue.

- There is a parking lot off to the side of the estate. The roadway that leads up to the house leads directly to the parking lot.

WELCOME PARTY
- 4:30pm – 5:00pm – Guests arrive, welcome drinks, light snacks, entertainment, and photos.
CEREMONY
- 5:00pm – 5:45pm – Ceremony.
COCKTAIL HOUR
- 5:45pm – 7:00pm – Cocktail hour; hors d’oeuvres, drinks, games, and entertainment.
RECEPTION
- 7:00pm – 10:00pm – Reception; dinner, drinks, dancing & dessert.
- 10:15pm – 10:20pm – Bride and Groom sparkler exit.
- 10:30pm – Getaway car departure.
SATURDAY, MAY 2, 2026
SUNRISE SEND-OFF / FAREWELL BREAKFAST
- 7:00am – 10:00am – Farewell Breakfast @ Holiday Inn & Suites Leesburg lounge area (80 Prosperity Ave SE, Leesburg, VA 20175). Please note that each wedding partner hotel serves breakfast. Please come by the Holiday Inn & Suites to say hellos/goodbyes to the bride and groom.
HAPPILY EVER AFTER HANGOUT
- 3:00pm – 6:00pm – Post-Wedding Hangout @ DC’s National Mall (on front lawn of Smithsonian Castle)- 1000 Jefferson Dr SW, Washington, DC 20560. We’ll be picnic-ing, throwing frisbee, football and just hanging out! Feel free to bring your own snacks and drinks.

What's the dress code?

Can I bring a plus one?
Only those that were specifically invited on the invitation will be welcome to attend.
How do I reserve a seat on the hotel shuttle?
You will have the opportunity to reserve a seat(s) for one-way or round trip transportation on the hotel shuttle once you officially RSVP for the wedding. Once you receive your formal invitation in the mail, it will direct you to this website where you can fill out our RSVP form. That form will allow you to specify whether you have a room booked at the hotel and if you would like use of the shuttle. Note: Partner hotel reservations do not guarantee a seat(s) on the shuttle as seats are limited.
Will alcohol be provided?
Yes! Of course!
Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony is planned to be outdoors. Most of the grounds are on a hard surface, some areas have grass.
Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?
Yes, please be sure to indicate your meal preferences when you RSVP.
Can I ship a gift to your home instead of bringing it to the wedding?
Yes, although, we would encourage you to use our registry page for curated gift options. For those who want to ship directly to our home contact us.

Who can I contact with questions?

What time should I arrive?
4:15pm – 4:30pm guests will arrive. We’ll kick things off with a welcome drink to loosen you up.
When should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP as soon as possible. But if you must procrastinate, please RSVP no later than March 1, 2026.
Will there be dancing?
Yes, and you’ll be expected to crush it. ::Kidding::
What's the best airport to fly into?
IAD – Dulles International Airport. But DCA – Reagan National Airport is a close second (fun fact: Christian is based in DCA!)

Can I bring my own alcohol.
No. The venue prohibits it. Plus, there’s already an open bar.
What time does the reception end?
10:30pm.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchairs?
Yes, it is ADA compliant.
Are there any other wedding weekend events I should know about?
Yes! The next day we will have a Farewell hang-out at the Washington D.C. National Mall in the grassy area between the Smithsonian Institution/Museums at 3:00pm – Feel free to bring a blanket, snacks, food, drinks, frisbees, footballs etc…
Partner Hotels
We have three room blocks reserved specifically for our wedding and you are welcome to reserve your own room for your party (please use info below). There are other hotels in the area if that is your preference, but these three hotels will be the only that you’ll be able to reserve a seat on the shuttle to and from the wedding venue. Shuttles will depart from Holiday Inn Express & Suites and Hampton Inn at 3:45pm. You will be able to reserve a seat(s) on the shuttle once you receive your invitation in the mail and book a room.
